Data Deletion Request
Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar privacy regulations, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
In-App Deletion
Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This immediately initiates account deletion and data removal within 30 days.
Email Request
Email privacy@astronumeria.app with subject “Data Deletion Request” from your registered email address.
What gets deleted
- ✓Account credentials and profile information
- ✓Birth data and chart calculations
- ✓Usage history and preferences
- ✓Push notification tokens
- ✓Support correspondence (anonymized after 90 days)
Some anonymized aggregate data may be retained for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records required by law). No personally identifiable information is kept after deletion.
