Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AstroNumeria (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Denovate LTD (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 years in the EU/UK) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe have been compromised.

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Available Plans

4.2 Free Trial

The Premium Weekly plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. No charge is made during the trial period. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to the paid Weekly plan at $3.99/week.

Free trials are available only to new subscribers who have not previously subscribed to AstroNumeria Premium on the same platform account.

4.3 Auto-Renewal & Billing

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period. The renewal charge is applied to your Apple ID or Google Account within 24 hours before the current period ends. Prices may change with advance notice in accordance with App Store or Google Play policies.

All payments are processed exclusively by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). Denovate LTD does not directly process or store payment card information.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to premium features until that date. We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law or Apple / Google refund policies.

4.5 Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple (via reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (via Google Play support). Denovate LTD has no ability to process refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the App without express written permission
• Use automated means to access or interact with the App (bots, scripts)
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Share, resell, or sublicense your account credentials
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, charts, and software) are owned by Denovate LTD and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

7. AI Content Disclaimer

AstroNumeria uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized astrological and numerological content. This content is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.

AI-generated insights:

• Do not constitute professional advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise)
• May contain inaccuracies, and should not be relied upon for important life decisions
• Are not a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals

Astrology and numerology are belief systems and interpretive frameworks. We make no scientific claims about their predictive accuracy.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DENOVATE LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $50 USD.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Denovate LTD is incorporated.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before changes take effect.

Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the App.
